The pain is not related to sport, accident or illness. Its linked to posture, work in office with constant PC work, new bed issues etc. I have neck pain and headaches a lot. I am only 30.
Pain is sides of neck and top of back + sholder blades. Mixture of burning pain and aching/tense muscles. Feels like whole area needs to be worked on and cric – ed or massaged and stretched etc.
Which person will help me here in the shortest time, with most effect and at best price. I have seen one osteopath this week and am unsure if i go back next week or try a person who is more likely to be able to help.
Osteo said that i had v tight muscles/knotts in these areas and she massaged and cric – ed different muscles and joints for 30 mins yesterday.
Thanks
Physiotherapists may be cheaper and there is more scientific evidence they do some good. There are a lot of shady Chiropractors out there.
You should also consider acupuncture.
