Ive just started running again as ive been off two months with runners knee.My knees are better now and when i had a sports massage she said she cant see anything wrong and told me to try running again.Ive started a very easy run walk programme to slowly get back into running.Today i only ran for 2 minutes walk for two minutes six times my knees were fine running but about an hour after ive got severe knee aches in both my knees.Any one know why?

my mate is a drunk and cites the presence of massage parlours as evidence of moral decline in england and says that in northern ireland htey would be ‘bourned out’-i think that a drunk has no right to tell anyone what to do and htat anyone its none of his business and that his objection springs from pure bog chav ignorance because someone told him fairy stories that god dont like it and he is too thick to see through it;my basic argument is he has got it back to front as no one needs to drink but everyone has sexual needs and using a massage parlour can be a moral lifesstyle choice
as for the argument that violence is involved then you would have to stop marriage and evrey othe r industry and sport-as for the argument that it is not very nices well grow up sex is nasty brutish and animal
his argument is illogical and primitive and backward and represents catholic irishmen from the sixties but i am a modern irishman -no quotes from leviticus cos they made it all up.wake up thicko

Are there any other guys out there that enjoy pampering themselves? I have a very aggressive, challenging and intense job during the day and when I come home I just like to relax, enjoy a hot bath, give myself a pedicure or get a massage etc. My wife hates it and thinks I don’t play a manly enough role at home. I workout, hunt, watch and play sports etc…but I just don’t have any desire to be sexually aggressive with her. I just happen to find the things women do to relax, more relaxing than the things men commonly do to relax….and having initiate sex is just not relaxing to me. Does anyone else feel the same way?

I was wondering if it is worth paying to get sports massages? Im a rugby player and play at a fairly high level. Would they benefit me alot and aid my recoevery from training?
