How to get rid of muscle knots?

I broke my humerus bone about 7 weeks ago and now im experiencing a severe muscle knot in my shoulder. I have tried massage but it has little affect. Are there any specific massage technique that I can use that will get rid of this?

I bet you could use some magnesium. If you’re trying to mend a bone, you should probably be taking it anyway – but magnesium also has a lot to do with nerves and these crampy muscles.

Not sure what to do – you could take two or three one-a-day vitamin pills a day for a while. Those will have a little magnesium in them – but you could probably use a bigger shot of it to begin with. I know NOW Foods makes a good big magnesium pill with vit D and zinc and calcium – you could take a couple of those a day for a week or so. I bet those would help.

A good big dose of vitamin D might help with cramps too.

How can I relieve my lower back pain?

For the last two years I’ve been suffering from lower back pain with muscle spasms. I’ve gone to the doctors so many times and all they can do is give me muscle relaxers and after awhile of taking them they don’t work no more. I’ve done massages and exercises and the pain gets worse. I have no clue what to do any more. Can some one help, please?

if you already do regular exercises etc, have you ever been to a chiropractor? it may be worth it. Has your doctor had x-rays taken to check for arthritis?

You could use this, or any exfoliator will do I think. I suffer really badly with blackheads, they are such a pest! What works for me is steaming my face over a sink of boiling water with a towel over my head to open all my pores, then I exfoliate and use a face mask (botanics clay mask is really really good for drawing out impurities). I also use t-zone pore strips to pull them out if it’s really bad or if I don’t have much time, they work a treat as they unclog all the blocked pores. I do this once a week and it really helps, they come out quite easily. Hope this helped x

How to get him to give me a massage?

Ok, so we all know us girls have sneaky tactics at getting guys to do stuff for us, like saying you are cold so a guy will give you his jacket etc. But here is a tricky one, how do you get a guy to give you a little neck massage, without them knowing you are making them do it…

Any ideas for 10 points?!?!?

This has worked on me: you are sitting there and you rotate your neck and say that your neck is stiff. And just casually say that you wished you could find a way to relax the muscles there.

Give him about 10 seconds to suggest that he might give you a little neck massage and that should help.

Remember, when you give us guys a problem, we will try to fix it.

i met this guy while i was in the military, we’ve talked a few times, but nothing serious. One day we were watching tv in the day room together and he asked me what I like to do and I told him I like to dance and that Im a fan of Janet Jacskon and know alot of her dance videos. So, he was like, “why dont you show me?” so I did and brung my stereo and one of my janet jackson cds and danced for him. I did that dance called, “nasty boys” in his dorm room. He told me that I was really good. Then all of a sudden, he starts saying,”Can I give you a massage?” I let him, then he started kissing on my neck and stuff. So, I”m thinking , did he use that as an excuse to get close to me or did I just turn him on? just curious
