Sharper Image will not uphold their warranty.?
We purchased a massage chair with a long warranty. We called the company to get it serviced. They responded by saying they will not service the warranty because they have filed for bankrupcy. They have closed some of their stores but will continue to open and operate half of their stores. This does not sound right to me. How can they continue to sell their products but not service their warranties? Will I have to call the manufacturer to repair the chair?
Yes, you will have to contact the manufacturer. They won’t even accept their own gift cards.
