Alternative Therapies?
I am starting up my own buisness soon in alternative therapies and for this buisness you need client record cards. I have been able to obtain some for 4 of my treatments but I am having difficulty in finding any for Hopi Ear Candling and Indian Head Massage. Can any one help. I really would appreciate it . Thank you
Why buy them?
Just get card and set up a template on your pc : Client name, contact, then the details of medical history you require. I don’t know about Hopi ear candling, but I do Indian Head Massage and all I need to know about a client for a 15 or 20 minute session is if they :
1. Have had any damage to head/neck/back/arms (eg, broken arm or whiplash) in the past 6 months;
2. suffer from Diabetes or Epilepsy,
3. if they have any history of heart problems/high blood pressure etc – and
4. whether the lady clients may be pregant.
Then just keep notes of appointments. Oh – if you put the info on computer, make sure you ask their permission…. Data Protection Act, etc.
