HELP! my lower back always hurts, need massager advice!?

ok well i cant afford to go to the spa all the time , so i need to go to BED BATH AND BEYOND
to get a back massager, but which one should i get?? i live alone and it may be kind of hard to massage my own lower back with one of those heavy hand held massagrs you plug in like this one:

but i also considered getting the ones where you put them on a chair

but i dont have an actual chair in my room. just a dining room chair im using at my desk. can you lie down on your bed with one of those?

what should i get?

In my opinion these products do nothing to help your back other then relax the muscles, which can be hard to do with them.

1)Prevent lower back pain with hamstring stretches. For example put on foot on the counter, keep your legs straight and touch your toes. Do this in the morning and evening and for 10 min each time.

2)You can try an inversion table to relieve all back stress and pain.

3) relieve pain with a electric stimulator. This stresses the muscles then fatigues them so they don’t spasm anymore.

4) go to a chiropractor if it is really bad, it probably costs the same as a spa, they will figure out what is wrong, and try and fix the problem.
