1. does your hair grow faster when you massage your scalp or stand on your head for 10 minutes everyday to make the blood flow to your scalp making your hair grow faster?
2. does braiding really tight braids make it grow faster?
3. does the growth shampoo work?
4. does staying active and eating fruit everyday make it grow faster??
im 14 and i cut my hair now i really want it really really long soon like maybe in 4 to 5 years for like prom or sumthing, so please help my hair grows really really slow but i am very active and am healthy but my hair grows sooo slow, please please help!
Massage does help stimulate blood flow.I never heard about standing on your head for 10 mins.Probably doesnt work.Growth shampoo is a scamm.Tried it.Exercise and a good diet will help it grow.Keep the ends trim and your hair clean and conditioned.It all grows at its own pace.
