Would you think it’s weird if someones step father gave them a massage?

The young girl’s back was aching and complained her back needed a massage so her soon to be step father offered to give her a back massage.When it was over and said it was enough,he asked her to grab some lotion like any other person would ask for something.Wanting to go back what she was doing,he offered to moisturize her arms,when that was finished what made her face turn into a different expression he told her he is going to massage her back with it and told her to lay down and lifted the back of her shirt and she still gave in anyway and at the same time she felt awkward like for say”Is he doing this because I hope he’s not thinking”? While this is going on,the mother isn’t home.What do you think about this,do you think it is not anything serious?
