do you have a chair massage pad? how does it work?

i’m looking for a little splurge on myself with my income tax return. i would really like to get one of those massaging pads that you put on an office type chair. do they work or do they fall apart quickly? are they worth the money? what kind would you recommend? i work on my feet all day every day and my back aches every evening.
