Im overdue and my hips and legs hurt really bad, is there any relief?
Im 40 weeks and 4 days…. this is my second baby and he just doesn’t want to come out yet! I feel completely drained and my legs and hips are killing me. They mostly hurt at night when Im in bed. Is there anything I can do for relief? I unfortunately do not have a bathtub right now bc we are remodeling. I also tried massage but that only offered temporary relief, maybe 15 minutes of it. What is causing this pain?
the main cause of the pain is the added weight of your body and your baby.
when i was pregnant i was never relieved at all. sorry i can’t help in that part.
but always remember to lie on your left side. it is the best position for the blood circulation of your baby.
after all, everything we do when we’re pregnant is all for the baby.
and try the walking exercise, to help the baby come out into this world now.
