my stomach is very sensitive…what will help it balance itself?
i have a very sensitive and weak stomach..(too much acid). ive tried chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, mylanta, massage to try and heal my stomach. my stomach has been like this since highschool (im 21 now going on 22 in a couple of months) ive tried almost everything to make it not so sensitive! i want to find a more natural way to improve my stomach (no drugs)….would drinking lots of water daily and eating bread help my stomach since water will hopfully flush out some of my acid problem (i think) and bread absorbs liquids? please help! my stomach needs some help!
you might want to see a doctor in case there are food allergies you aren’t aware of. I would stay away from experimenting with too many cures, simpler is better.
For excess stomach acidity try smaller meals with more fibre. Stay away from pop and too much fruit juice. I hear that honeydew melon (in moderation) helps to calm acidity.
Too much of anything will upset the stomach – including water. Overfilling the stomach can lead to reflux problems.
