massaging your scalp
How do you grow your hair faster naturally?

I’ve been told that massaging your scalp is a good way but it is that effective? And does sleeping really makes your hair grow faster?
I don’t really want those answer like using oils and stuff cause my parents will surely not let me do it. I’m a male by the way.

Hair grows between 1/4 and 1/2 inch per month, but can be increased to 1 inch per month. The biggest thing is treating your hair right so that I grows optimally fast. I recommend following these tips: http://www.ehow.com/how_2277187_hair-grow-faster.html to make sure you are on track. Additionally, you can try hair-growth products, which I have found do work in doubling your hair growth, but can be expensive. Try the ones listed in the article above.

On Site Chair Massage

Imagine a busy day where you are stressed and working hard to meet a deadline. The pressure is mounting. You can feel the tightness in your neck and the pain in your back. Suddenly, a pair of gentle hands starts to massage your shoulders. Is there an angel with wings? How could corporate life get to be so accommodating and concerned about my physical health? Now imagine this dream as a reality – the reality that is corporate on-site chair massage.

You may be cynically asking yourself just how much rejuvenation can occur over a twenty-minute massage?

The answer is – simply unbelievable. Doctors have testified to the fact that even a short period of massage therapy has a phenomenal effect on normal human functioning. And with just the right touch and technique, tired muscles start to feel relaxed and rejuvenated almost immediately. That’s what the world of on-site massages offers you – a comprehensive rejuvenation and relaxation package for your employee’s muscles and minds, workforce and management alike. Certified massage therapists can be hired on a one-off basis. They can also be scheduled for recurring weekly or monthly visits to your place of business. These masseur visits are guaranteed to keep your employees productive, and feeling good about themselves. A good massage leaves your employees feeling perky and energetic all day long. On site chair massages are guaranteed to pay for themselves in productivity and positive energy creation. Stress-related employee turnover, absenteeism and waning morale all affect the bottom line. Job stress and related problems cost Australian companies millions of dollars per year. Relaxed workers are more likely to co-operate better with each other, lowering stress and improving the work environment for everyone. Current medical research indicates that a basic 15 minute chair massage, provided twice weekly, not only decreased job stress but significantly increased the amount of work productivity.

On site massage services provide clients with a variety of options such as:

  • Convenient online scheduling systems
  • Full health and safety compliance
  • Transportation to your site
  • Equipment set-up
  • Licensed & insured massage therapists
  • Professional massage chair

In certain cases, employees can even obtain access to a free on-line scheduling service and book their massages themselves! Employees can access a signup schedule from any web browser at the workplace itself.

foot massaging techniques pressure

Understanding The Soul Of Foot Massage

Foot Massage or Reflexology as it is sometimes known has it origins in China and has been around for more than 3,000 years and is normally used to help prevent or cure many different ailments that affect us.

However there is some possible evidence (cave drawings in Egypt) that foot massage dates as far back as Ancient Egyptian times.

The principles of foot massage involves the meridian network which connects all the tissues, organs and cells in a persons body and each organ in the body is connected to a specific area (reflex point) on the foot through the 300 nerves that run around the body. A Reflexogolist (Foot Masseur) is trained to place pressure on these different meridians (energy lines) in either the sole or side of a person’s foot and determine what is causing their particular illness and then carrying out the necessary treatment to rectify it.

By applying pressure to these reflex points on a person’s foot a Reflexogolist is able to stimulate the activity of a person’s internal organs as well as improve both the circulation of blood and lymph’s around the body.

Although in the modern Western world the foot is merely seen as a part of the human body comprising of bones, ligaments and joints and is therefore not seen as being essential to western medicine.

Yet over the last few years foot massages (reflexology) has grown in popularity and is generally now accepted as an alternative form of health treatment. Many people who enjoy a foot massage believe it can not only cure colds and minor ailments but can also help in the treatment of more serious ailments as well such as liver dysfunction, problems with constipation, skin allergies and also chronic headaches.

As with most Oriental medical techniques with are now readily available reflexology (foot massage) is an holistic treatment and it concentrates rather on treating the person as a whole rather than just the symptoms of one particular kind of ailment.

Whilst many Western medicines offer a person the chance of a speedy recovery from whatever ails them, with reflexology the recovery is slow and gradual. It is therefore important that any one undertaking this form of treatment will need to have several visits to their Reflexogolist in order to strengthen their body and bring it back into balance.

The cost of each session of reflexology can differ quite substantially from as little as $40 up to as much as $100 (so be prepared to spend a little money as the course of treatment can soon add up).

However for many people the cost for good health is well worth the money spent on having a session of foot massage (reflexology). When in fact they could have spent just as much money on either prescription Western drugs or having to have invasive surgery to treat the problem.
